Zumba exercise class review

Zumba exercise class review

I’ve taken a few Zumba classes now and thought I’d share my experiences with you.

I found Zumba to be quite a bit of fun and from what I saw in the classes I attended suitable for all ages!

The best part is you can make the workout as difficult as you want so it’s good even if you are at a low level of fitness. It’s the type of exercise that you get out of it what you put in and it doesn’t feel too hard on the body, yes you work up a sweat but after an hour you’re done. Knowing that you’ve completed a decent workout when you can feel your muscles the next day is worth it too!

The worst part for me was that I tend to get bored really quickly so sometimes the music gets a little old. It can also get slightly cheesy and if you don’t have the best coordination in can get a bit awkward when you get to the belly dancing parts.

Zumba was fun and I’ll probably give a few more go’s before I shelf it with the rest of my fad exercise crazes!
