Samsung Galaxy S III

Samsung Galaxy S III

Samsung Galaxy S III is one of the most highly anticipated phones ever and is perhaps the biggest threat to Apple’s iPhone. It launched in late May and is an incredibly powerful android phone

Design: It has used the same glossy plastic as the Galaxy S II but this time they have added some roundness to the design to make it feel better in your hand. It is slick and slim, being only 8.6mm thick and weighs only 110g. The 4.8inch touchscreen is 720×1280 pixels. There’s a physical ‘home’ button on the front, touch-sensitive menu and back buttons, volume switch and power button.

Camera: Camera is 8 megapixels and full HD 1080p video. The photo and video quality are great. The best photo picture captures 8 photos altogether so that you can choose the best shot that you wish to keep.

Performance: The Galaxy S III is a fast phone. It features a 1.2GHz dual-core processor, wireless-n connectivity and 1GB RAM.

Battery: The battery life is good, it is better than your average high end smartphone. If you are using it all of the time then it will last for a day but if you aren’t using it much then it will last slightly longer. I found that charging it every night is best and will mean that you won’t have to worry about your phone running out of battery in the day.

Features: One of my favourite things about this phone is that it will stay on if you are using it rather than falling asleep like other phones do. Once you flick this setting on, the front facing camera checks whether you are looking at it. If you are, the phone stays awake. This is great when you are trying to read long documents.

It is an incredibly powerful Android phone. It ticks all of the boxes, it looks great, performance is fantastic and it’s intuitive. Check it out on Lasoo
